Descriptions : client wants candidates who can cover 4 weeks at a time
- Schedule: Mon-Friday 8a-5p + night call and weekend call-1:4 call coverage. Inpatient and outpatient coverage
- Call Coverage: Yes
- Call Type: Beeper/Phone Call
- Call Ratio: 1:4
- Average Amount of Call Back Hours: Unknown

- % Outpatient vs Inpatient: 80% outpatient/20% inpatient

CREDENTIALING:

Submission Requirements
- Availability: NOTE AT NAME CLEAR: how many weeks per month can they cover? - [REQUIRED]
- Active Board Certification in Medical Oncology - [REQUIRED]
- Fellowship Requirements: YES, Medical Oncology fellowship - [REQUIRED]
- License: open to licensing candidates but prefer active OH license or active IMLC - [REQUIRED]
- Required Certifications: ACLS, DEA - [REQUIRED]
- Minimum 2 years experience - [REQUIRED]
- Clean background ONLY: no malpractice or license issues, no exceptions - [REQUIRED]
