This Oncology Locum Tenens position is located in New York.
Location: Upstate New York (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: mid Dec/Jan - ongoing, 6 months+
Reason for coverage: Physician Leave of Absence
Schedule: 2-4 weeks per month (2 weeks per month minimum)
Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p clinic (no call, no weekends, no holidays)
Call: N/A
Patient volume: Average 15-20 PPD clinic (6 new patients/week)
Scope: Outpatient clinic - 40% Hematology 60% Oncology *with specifically Breast Oncology sub-specialty training or experience
Duties: OP for new patients, follow-up visits, treatment, chemotherapy.
EMR: Epic, Beacon
Hospital: 391 beds
Group/support: 5 Physicians, 5 APPs. PA on IP service as support M-F. Radiation Oncology group onsite.
Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified in HemOnc with Breast Oncology experience, Active NYS License
