Aya Healthcare is seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology physician for a Locum Tenens opportunity (through 3/8/2027) at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg, PA. Start date 10/12/2026.
- New medical oncology and hematology practice opening 9/8/2026 inside a 131-bed hospital
- Community-based practice (approx. 60% oncology / 40% hematology); approx. 10 patients per day, expected to grow
- Support staff: 2 front office, 1 RN, 1 MA and 1 navigator; adult patients only
- Epic EMR
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 10 adult patients per day, expected to grow; visit the hospital for inpatient consults as needed
• Work full-time Monday-Friday plus weeknight and weekend call approximately 1:2
• Epic EMR
Qualifications
• PA license or IMLC LOQ required to present; DEA required
• Full-time only (4 days per week acceptable)
