Job description
Aya Healthcare is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a 6-9 month locum tenens assignment at Canton-Potsdam Hospital (Rochester Regional Health) in Potsdam, NY. Start date 10/5/2026.
- Outpatient infusion clinic with 15 chairs; growing oncology program
- Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted and hormone therapy
- 18-20 patients per day with NP and CNA/CMA support
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; Epic with AI charting available
Job Responsibilities
• See approximately 18-20 patients per day in a 15-chair infusion center
• Occasional inpatient consults
• Work with 1 NP and 3 CNA/CMAs; Epic charting with AI available
Qualifications
• Active New York license in hand
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Epic experience required
• Flexible and adaptable as program is growing
