Aya Healthcare is seeking a full-time Hematology/Oncology physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at a community hospital cancer program in Ephrata, PA.
- Rural community setting with an established patient panel of approximately 15 patients per day
- 14-chair infusion center and onsite radiation oncology with oncology-certified nursing staff
- Consulting service only; hospitalists manage admissions
- Call 1:2 including weeknight and weekend coverage
- Ongoing need with a minimum 6-month commitment
Job Responsibilities
• Treat solid tumor, benign hematology, and malignant hematology patients with a 14-chair infusion center and onsite radiation oncology
• Consulting service only; hospitalists manage admissions
• Call 1:2 (weeknight and 24-hour weekend call, inpatient plus phone)
Qualifications
• Pennsylvania license or IMLC LOQ required
• DEA required
• Ongoing assignment with minimum 6-month commitment
• Full malpractice disclosure required
