- Inpatient, Outpatient, In house call
- On site
- 8a-4:30 p
- No weeknight call unless working in house call
- EMR epic
- Support: onsite oncology pharmacist, needs to enter 80% of orders and be willing to see an avg of 20 patients per day
- Comfortable with virtual visits required
- Has a dedicated RN, MA and access to APP
- 5-10 inpatients
- 20 outpatients per day (adult and geriatric)
- 15-30 min for follow up visits
- 45-60 min for new cancer patients, 15-30 min for benign hematology
- Requirements: Board certified
