JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active NC license, Universal License (IMLC)
  
• Board: BC/BE in Hematology Oncology
  
• DEA: Yes
  
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
  
• Other Qualifications: CSR required, Clean background required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide outpatient medical oncology and hematology services.
  
• Manage a patient volume of 15-18 patients per day, including new consultations and follow-ups.
  
• Focus on prostate, kidney, bladder, and benign hematology cases.
  
• Participate in a shared call rotation (24-hour and night call) with 9 other providers.
  
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including APPs, pharmacists, and nurses.
