Located in Mason City, IA – Des Moines 120m; Minneapolis 120m

Primarily Outpatient / 4-Day Work Week
Seeking BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist
Overview:
* Join a busy, established Hematology/Oncology practice with immediate patient volume
* 4-day work week with an emphasis on work-life balance
* Primarily outpatient practice within a comprehensive Cancer Center
* Join a team of 4 Hematologist/Oncologists, 2 Radiation Oncologists and 4 APPs
* Recently expanded and renovated Cancer Center following a $10 million investment completed in 2021
* Facility includes 24 infusion chairs and 20 examination rooms
* Reasonable patient volume supporting excellent work-life balance
* Minimal phone-only call, approximately 1:4, with calls described as extremely rare
* 24/7 Hospitalist coverage handling most calls and inpatient responsibilities
* Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards with specialists in Pathology, Radiology, General Surgery, Urology, Gastroenterology and other specialties
* Established survivorship and genetics programs
* Comprehensive support team includes dietitians, physical therapists, dosimetrists, physicists, clinical pharmacists, financial counselors, social workers and tumor registrars
* Seeking a team-oriented, process-focused physician committed to collaborative patient care
