Coverage: Full-time, Clinic + Call
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Clinic Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Administrative Day: Thursday
Call: Weeknight beeper and 24-hour weekend beeper call
Call Ratio: 1:5
Call Response Time: 30 minutes
Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients/shift
EMR: Epic
Clinical Details:
- Provide hematology and oncology care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Full-time, consistent coverage required
- Hospital privileges required; temporary privileges available
- BLS required
Requirements:
- MD/DO
- Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
- Active Washington license or IMLC accepted
- Active DEA required
- BLS certification required
Additional Information:
- APP support available
- Travel and lodging arrangements subject to approval
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30–90 days
