This Oncology Locum Tenens opportunity is located in California
Location: North California (Inquire for specific location)
Duration: Dec – June
Reason for coverage: Until perm is hired
Schedule: Full-time ideally, open to 3-5 day work week, must be available 4 weeks per month
>if provider works 4 days, the fifth day will be admin time
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: Very minimal
Patient volume: 14-16 patients/day; 30 minutes for follow-up, 60 minutes for new and for procedures (typically 2 new patients per day)
Scope: Clinic 100% outpatient, 25% HEM/75% ONC
EMR: Epic
Group/support
4 HEM/ONC MD/DO, 1 NP (4 years experience and supervised by site lead), 2 RAD ONCS
Requirements: Board certified (if board eligible must be recently trained, would ideally like IM, HEM, ONC), California license, must have experience and comfortable with hematology, clean NPDB ideally
