An established, physician-focused multispecialty organization in Central Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join its growing oncology program.
This is an excellent opportunity for a physician interested in practicing comprehensive hematology and oncology within a collaborative environment supported by an established clinical infrastructure and multidisciplinary team.
The incoming physician will manage a diverse patient population with an emphasis on solid tumor oncology, hematologic malignancies, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and evidence-based cancer care.

Modern treatment approaches and technology
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and longitudinal management for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions.
Clinical responsibilities include:
Evaluation and treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors
Development of individualized cancer treatment plans
Chemotherapy management
Immunotherapy
Targeted therapies
Supportive oncology care
Management of complex solid tumor cases
Coordination with multidisciplinary specialists
Patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis
Evidence-based treatment planning and ongoing disease management
Participation in continued development and expansion of oncology services
Solid tumor exposure may include breast, lung, colorectal, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and other cancers.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Eligible for Florida medical licensure
Strong clinical background in comprehensive hematology and oncology
Experience or strong interest in solid tumor oncology and modern systemic therapies
Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered cancer care
Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
Experienced Hematology/Oncology physicians as well as physicians completing fellowship training are encouraged to inquire.
