Join a growing, patient-centered cancer program and make a meaningful impact while providing high-quality oncology care in a welcoming North Carolina community.
Collaborative Cancer Center - Work alongside experienced physicians, APPs, nurse navigators, pharmacists, social workers, research staff, and oncology specialists. Services include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy, radiation oncology, infusion services, genetic counseling, palliative care, and clinical research opportunities.
Position Highlights:
• 4-day outpatient clinic schedule with 1 remote administrative day
• Average 15-18 patients daily with ramp-up support
• Balanced Oncology/Hematology practice
• Minimal inpatient consults
• 1:3 phone-only call with low volume
• Epic EMR
• J-1 & H-1B visa support
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives
• Quality bonus up to $20,000 annually
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment opportunities (PSLF eligible)
• Paid malpractice with tail coverage
• 6 weeks PTO and annual CME allowance
