Locums Hematology Oncology Physician in Grand Rapids, Michigan - Heme Heavy, Strong APP Team
Spend more than 90 percent of your clinical focus on hematology while working alongside an established physician group and extensive inpatient and outpatient APP support.
Highlights
- Greater than 90 percent hematology focus
- Six physicians in the practice
- Eleven APPs supporting inpatient and outpatient care
- Approximately 15 clinic patients per day
Practice & Cases
- Benign and malignant hematology
- Limited solid tumor oncology
- Inpatient consults, outpatient clinic, and infusion center coverage
- FNA and biopsy experience required
Schedule
- Monday through Friday clinic coverage
- Shared after-hours call
- Approximately 1 in 5 call rotation
- APP support available during call coverage
Requirements
- Must be an MD or DO
- Must be Board Certified in Hematology Oncology
- Michigan license or active IMLC LOQ required
- BLS and DEA required
