- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Job Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient Cancer Center
- Types of Cases: Hematology, Oncology, Cancer Care, Benign Hematology, Virtual Visits
- Credentialing: Standard Hospital Credentialing
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified
- Certifications: None Required
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin Medical License Required at Presentation
Additional Details
- Average outpatient volume of 20 patients per day
- Average inpatient census of 5-10
- Dedicated RN, MA, APP, and onsite Oncology Pharmacist support
- Epic EMR
- Virtual visit experience required
- Emergency call responsibilities only
