Progressive cancer center in Dothan, AL, recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hem/Onc Physician for direct hire. Join a collaborative oncology team treating diverse cases in a community-focused practice with robust referral base.
Key Responsibilities for Hem/Onc Physician:
- Deliver comprehensive hematology and medical oncology care, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and trials.
- Manage solid tumors, blood disorders, leukemias, and lymphomas.
- Participate in tumor boards, outpatient infusions, and inpatient consults.
- Build patient relationships in a high-volume, supportive environment.
Qualifications for Hem/Onc Direct Hire:
- BC/BE in Hematology/Medical Oncology (ABIM).
- Alabama medical license (or eligible); DEA.
- 2+ years experience preferred; fellowship-trained oncologists encouraged.
- Interest in clinical research or community oncology a plus.
