- Coverage needed starting October 2026
- Clean files due to fast creds
- FTE- .25
- Why Open- Gap in coverage
- Both Hospital and clinic privilges needed (located in same building)
Outpatient setting
- Call N/A
- Demograhpics- Adult/Geriatrics
- Average patietns per day 12-16
- 24mo of case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of hematology/medical oncology services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months (waived for applicants who completed training during the previous year).
- Procedures- Infusion and Medical Oncology/Hematology, Bone Marrow BIopsy
- Working solo- Yes
- License required at time of present
- EMR EPIC
- AK- DEA, BLS or ACLS or PALS
- Additional comments- Infusion and medical oncology/Hematology
- Schedule Details - 8hr shift
- Approval through 3/30/27
- 8am-5pm with a 1 hr lunch break.
- 5 days per month, remote inbox coverage
