Contract Details
- Location: Fairlawn, OH
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 35-45 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC Hematology and Medical Oncology
- License Required: OH or IMLC
- DEA: yes
- Daily responsibilities: patient exams and treatment planning – chemo prescribing – documentation and billing
- Support Staff: Solo position
- Volume (patients per day): 14-18
