## Hematologist/Oncologist – Per Diem or Part-Time - Findlay, OH## Toledo 45m --- ### The Opportunity Seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist for a flexible per diem or part-time opportunity in Findlay, NW Ohio. Join a growing cancer program supported by an experienced oncology team, comprehensive specialty services, and an independent, physician-led health system with local decision-making and practice autonomy.

• Outpatient-focused practice with inpatient consultation as needed
• Join three Hematology/Oncology physicians and two APPs
• 24/7 hospitalist and intensivist coverage
• Support from 54 specialties including Surgery, ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, and Gastroenterology
• Established referral base including breast, colon, lung, prostate, and hematologic malignancies --- ### Compensation
• Outpatient clinic: $3,350/8-hour day ($418.75/hour)
• Weekday clinic call: $500/day
• Clinic coverage beyond 8 hours: $150/hour
• Weekday call only: $600/day
• Weekend call: $1,800/day
• Telehealth: $300/hour
