Job description
We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a locum tenens position in Albert Lea, MN. This is an outpatient medical oncology and hematology assignment within a hospital-based clinic, with call coverage responsibilities. Please see below for more information.

Job Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
Develop, initiate, and monitor treatment plans for hematology and oncology patients
Manage a clinic volume of approximately 14-16 patients per day
Participate in Doc of the Day call coverage for nights and weekends on a rotating basis
Document all patient care in Epic
Qualifications
Minnesota medical license required; providers not currently licensed in Minnesota will be considered
BLS required (AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted)
Working Hours
Alternative schedules considered: two 12-hour shifts or three 10-hour shifts per week
Call required: Doc of the Day coverage for nights and weekends on a rotation
