Job description
We are seeking a Hematologist Oncologist for a locum tenens position in Michigan City, Indiana. This is an outpatient clinic opportunity within an acute care hospital system. Please see below for more information.
Job Responsibilities
See new patients and follow-up visits
Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day
Develop and manage chemotherapy treatment plans
Apply NCCN guidelines to treatment planning and patient management
Manage emergency responses related to medication side effects
Qualifications
Active Indiana medical license required - in hand
Active DEA required, or one that is easily transferable
Working Hours
Day shifts, 8 hours
No call required
