- Work Dates Needed: Dates of Coverage: approx. 10/1/2025 -12/31/2026 for an FMLA gap. No extension needed.
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8a-5p, after hours call as part of call pool, Call Schedule: shared call pool, APP support. 5p-7a
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient/ Inpatient
- Scope of Work: Hematology Oncology, FNA/Biopsy, Participation on a Tumor Board, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes, Call Ratio: 1 in 5
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active MI License, BC, BLS, must be available full time.
