- Work Dates Needed: September 14 - October 2 (3 weeks), October 19 – 30 (2 weeks), November 16 - 27 (Excludes Thanksgiving) (2 weeks)
- Preferred Schedule: Clinic Hours: 8a-4p, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with call, On Call: Yes; exact schedule TBD asap.
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient/Hospital/Clinic
- Scope of Work: Medical Hematology/Oncology coverage for 4/5 days per week. Inpatient coverage of both sites, Primary Clinic - Clinic Provider Daily Volume: 10-30
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IA License,
