Duration: Ongoing / 6+ months
Schedule: 5 days per month
Shift: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
Call: No call
Work Environment: Hospital + Outpatient Clinic

Opportunity Highlights

  • 0.25 FTE coverage
  • Adult and geriatric patient population
  • Approximately 12–16 patients per day
  • Outpatient hematology/medical oncology practice
  • Hospital and clinic privileges required; both are located in the same building
  • Remote inbox coverage included
  • Infusion and medical oncology/hematology services
  • Bone marrow biopsy procedures
  • Work independently with no call requirement
  • Epic EMR

Requirements

  • Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
  • Active Alaska license required at time of presentation
  • BLS or ACLS required
  • PALS preferred
  • Active DEA required
  • Recent hematology/medical oncology clinical experience with case logs from the past 24 months
  • Clean file preferred for expedited credentialing
