Job description
Help support an established inpatient oncology service in Spokane, Washington, with consistent clinical hours and ongoing coverage needs. This assignment is ideal for a board-certified oncology physician seeking a structured hospitalist role without nights or call.
- Specialty: Internal Medicine – Hematology/Oncology
- Setting: Inpatient hospitalist service
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Start: ASAP; full-time coverage targeted for September 1, pending privileges
- Duration: Ongoing
- Patient volume: Approximately 15 patients per shift
- EMR: Epic
- Trauma level: II
Requirements:
- Board certified in Oncology
- Active license or eligibility through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
- DEA required
- Fellowship preferred
Expedited privileges are available for providers with clean files who can return credentialing paperwork promptly. Providers with board actions, restrictions, terminations, settlements, DUIs, or drug-related issues are not eligible for temporary privileges.
