Beautiful Treasure Coast of Florida – Less Than One Hour from West Palm Beach
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing private Hematology/Oncology practice located on the beautiful Treasure Coast of Florida, less than one hour from West Palm Beach. The practice serves the surrounding coastal communities and is comprised of five Board-Certified Hematologists/Oncologists and a strong team of 11 advanced practice providers, all dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate cancer care in a patient-centered environment.
The group maintains strong affiliations with several leading regional hospitals. In addition, the practice collaborates closely with nationally recognized institutions such as Cleveland Clinic, H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center, and the University of Florida, providing patients access to advanced treatment options and clinical trials.
This opportunity allows physicians to build a successful and sustainable practice with a manageable patient volume, averaging approximately 15–18 patients per day once fully established. As patient volumes grow, dedicated APP support is added to enhance efficiency and maintain exceptional quality of care. The call schedule is designed to promote work-life balance, with weekend call shared on a 1:5 rotation alongside an APP, while weekday call responsibilities are supported by the advanced practice team.
The practice operates multiple modern, fully equipped outpatient locations throughout the region, allowing physicians to practice in a convenient and efficient environment. Each location offers onsite infusion services supported by experienced infusion nurses and advanced practice providers. The organization continues to grow, with plans to expand services and further enhance comprehensive cancer care throughout the community.
This position offers a highly competitive compensation package with a base salary starting at $400,000, negotiable based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and production-based incentive structure. The earning potential is exceptional, with established physicians in the practice earning significantly above the base compensation level.
