- Ongoing 2-week blocks (consecutive preferred): 9/21 (8a)-10/5 (8a), 10/19 (8a)-11/2 (8a), 11/16 (8a)-11/30 (8a), 12/14 (8a)-12/28 (8a); overall start 9/21/2026 (ongoing)
- Clinic hours: 8a-5p, Monday-Friday; providers typically see patients 8a-12p and 1p-5p
- Call: occasional nights/weekends; current call 1:2, mostly phone
- Setting: 95-99% outpatient; inpatient rounding typically by APPs; admits by hospitalists; oncology consult as needed; no inductions
- Patient load: ~10-15/day; new consults 60 min, follow-ups 30 min
- Clinic operations: 3 exam rooms per provider; RN rooming with comprehensive assessments; triage nurse handles clinical calls
- Staffing: 13 RNs, 2 navigators (breast/colon, lung), 2 pharmacists, 1 pharm tech, 1 lab tech (in-office draws), office manager, clinical director (shared with rad/onc), social worker, 2 financial counselors, 13 clerical staff, program director (shared with rad/onc, registry, research), care manager
- EMR System: Athena and Cerner, Onco
- Certifications: BC, ACLS, BLS, MI license
- Estimated credentialing time: ~60 days
