Hematology/Oncology Physician – Fargo, North Dakota (Permanent)
Availability
- Position Type: Permanent
- Start Date: Negotiable
- Primarily outpatient practice
- Consultative call only
- Approximately 8–10 call days per month
- Hospitalists manage admissions and overnight coverage
- Regional outreach to satellite clinics approximately one day per week/month (varies by schedule)
- Fargo, North Dakota
- Regional outreach throughout North Dakota and Minnesota
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
- Hematology/Oncology physician experience required
- Join an established team of 4 Hematologist/Oncologists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
- Average daily volume:
- 10–12 follow-up patients
- 2–4 new patient consults
- Multidisciplinary Tumor Board participation
- On-site support includes:
- Radiation Oncology
- Interventional Radiology
- Genetic Counseling
- Palliative Care
- Nutrition Services
- Social Work
- Nurse Navigators
- Behavioral Health
- Cancer Rehabilitation and Lymphedema Specialists
- Access to clinical trials through the NCORP research program
