Locum Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – Pennsylvania
Travel + Lodging + Rentals + Med mal practice
Position Details
- Specialty: Hematology/Oncology
- Start Date: October 12, 2026
- Contract Length: Through March 8, 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Coverage: Full-time preferred (4 days/week will be considered)
- Call: 1:2 weeknight and weekend call
Practice Details
- Brand-new Medical Oncology & Hematology practice opening September 8, 2026
- Community-based Hematology/Oncology practice
- Mix of 60% Oncology / 40% Hematology
- Approximately 10 patients per day initially, with expected growth
- Adult patients only (18+)
- Clinic located inside a 131-bed hospital
- Inpatient consults required as needed
- EMR: Epic
Support Staff
- 2 Front Office Staff
- 1 Registered Nurse
- 1 Medical Assistant
- 1 Nurse Navigator
- Additional support personnel
- Joining 1 employed full-time Hematology/Oncology physician
Practice Setting
- Outpatient Clinic
- Hospital
Travel + Lodging + Rentals + Med mal practice
Requirements
- Updated CV ( with No gaps above 30 days)
- NPDB self-query - (Within 30 days of Presentation )
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification required for presentation
- DEA required
- BLS, ACLS
Credentialing
- Approximately 90 days
