Join a respected, multidisciplinary oncology program in beautiful Palm Springs, California. This is an excellent opportunity for a Hematologist-Oncologist to establish or expand an independent practice while benefiting from the resources and infrastructure of a comprehensive, accredited cancer program.
Position Highlights
Full-time Hematologist-Oncologist opportunity
Independent practice model with administrative and operational support
Monday–Friday clinic schedule
Shared call with experienced, collegial physician partners
Participation in a multidisciplinary tumor board
Established referral network within a strong regional healthcare market
Accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center offering:
Full-service infusion center
Advanced Radiation Oncology program
Gynecologic Oncology program
Surgical Oncology program
Oncology-trained pharmacy support
Oncology dietitian and social work services
Comprehensive Breast Center
Advanced imaging services, including CT, PET/CT, MRI, and Ultrasound
Oncology-focused cardiac ultrasound services
Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Fellowship trained in Hematology & Oncology
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology
Eligible for California medical licensure

Compensation and Benefits
This is an independent practice opportunity with competitive income potential based on productivity and practice structure.
Compensation Range: $469,122–$751,547
Final compensation is based on experience, training, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Financial details will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
