Please ask about our generous referral fees Join a well-established, collegial hematology-oncology practice in California's Central Valley, where you'll have the support of a comprehensive cancer center and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community. Become part of an experienced team that includes two Hematologist-Oncologists and an Advanced Practice Provider, allowing you to step into a thriving practice with an established patient base rather than building one from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity to practice the full spectrum of hematology and oncology while working in a collaborative environment with access to advanced cancer care resources, including infusion services, diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology, and supportive care programs. Position Highlights Full-time, employed position Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Shared call rotation of 1:3, with an Advanced Practice Provider covering first call Average daily clinic volume of approximately 33 patients Inpatient rounding as needed, managing your own hospitalized patients Comprehensive cancer center with an academic partnership in Radiation Oncology On-site infusion center supported by a PGY2-trained oncology pharmacist Comprehensive supportive oncology services Women's imaging services Mobile PET/CT imaging Select oncology-focused cardiac ultrasound services available on site Candidate Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology Eligible for California medical licensure Compensation and Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $395,799–$626,583, based on experience, qualifications, and productivity Malpractice insurance provided Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Lifestyle & Location Live in a diverse and welcoming community 300 days of sunshine annually Warm, sunny summers and mild winters allow for year-round outdoor activities.
