ATC Locums is seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a full-time outpatient opportunity in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. Opportunity Highlights
- Location: Santa Cruz, California
- Practice Setting: Ambulatory Hematology/Oncology clinic
- Coverage Start: September 29
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Approximately 13–18 patients per day
- EMR: Cerner
Clinical Practice
You'll provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team. The practice features a modern outpatient infusion center with 15 private infusion bays and access to extensive oncology resources, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

- Dedicated RN staff
- Nurse navigators and social workers
- Pharmacy liaison for oral oncology medications
- Research coordinators and genetic counselors
- Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards
- 17-bed inpatient oncology unit
- Rapid diagnosis clinic
- Two radiation centers
- Survivorship programs, clinical trials, and comprehensive cancer support services
Qualifications
- Board Certified Medical Oncology preferred (Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology also considered)
- Active California medical license required
- Active DEA required
- BLS preferred
- Completion of accredited residency/fellowship training
Additional Details
- Full-time (1.0 FTE) coverage
- Ongoing need with potential for permanent employment
- Credentialing timeframe: up to 90 days
- IMLC Eligibility: No – Active California license required
