Contract Details:
- Location: Michigan City, IN
- Not required to admit or discharge, just consults.
- Must be Board Certified
- Procedures/ Skills: Knowledge of NCCN guidelines, emergency response skills from side effects of medication, and chemotherapy treatment plans
- Patient volume: 20 patients/day in clinic
- 2 Physicians/ 2 APPs in practice
- Support Staff: 3 RNs and 2 MAs
