Locums | Hematology/Oncology | Eureka, CA (active CA license, BC/BE)

Assignment Details
Start: October 1, 2026; earlier start may be available
End: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m.
Commitment: Two to four weeks per month
Call: Weeknight beeper call and 24-hour weekend beeper call, approximately one week out of three
Call Structure: After-hours response by phone only; no onsite callback
Coverage: Scheduled clinic hours plus call
Volume: Approximately 12–15 patients per shift
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Support: Three APPs, 10 RNs, four MAs, and five to six office staff
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: Approximately 60–90 days; temporary privileges available
Clinical Details
Required: General hematology and oncology care
Required: Outpatient clinic coverage with inpatient hospital privileges
Program: Oncology clinic connected to the chemotherapy treatment center and hospital
Required Experience: Two years of current inpatient Hematology/Oncology clinical activity
Requirements
BC or truly BE within three to five years of training
Active California license required
Active DEA required
Active BLS required
