- Clinic: 2-3 days/week, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- No call
- Start: As soon as credentialed
- Patient volume: ~20 patients/day
- Patient mix: New patients and follow-up visits
- EMR: Epic
- Team: 2 physicians and 2 APPs
- Support staff: 3 RNs and 2 MAs
- Requirements: Active Indiana medical license, Active DEA, Board Certified
