Contract Details:
Location: Northampton, MA
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
Support staff: 5 MDs, 1 assigned nurse, APP support
Coverage Type: clinic + call
Schedule Details: Fulltime provider only. August start is ideal but not required. Working 4 days a week and 1 admin day. Monday-Friday; 8a-5p (8hrs). There is a locum to perm opportunity.
Weeknight Call: 4:30pm- 8am for about 1 night per week.
24hr Weekend call: 4:30pm starting Friday—8am ending Monday.
1 weekend call shift about every 6 weeks.

EMR/Charting Software: epic
Avg. Daily Census: about 8 patients per week – Mon-Thus
Patient Age Group: adult
Procedures: Managing labs, routine follow ups, new patient, abnormal labs, work up treatment plans, seeing patients with bleeding and clotting disorders, anemia, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, Oral and infusible iron management, Oral chemotherapy, Hormonal agent management, solid tumor and hematologic malignancy: Breast, Head & Neck, GI, GU, GYN, Neuro, Thoracic, Hepatobiliary
