Start Date: ASAP (Provider may start before 10/01/2026)
Contract Length: 12 months preferred
Schedule: 3 days per week preferred (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Client is open to two providers sharing coverage (alternating 1- or 2-week schedules)
Call Required: No
Clinical Details
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic / Private Practice
- Patient Population: Adults
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day
- Practice Scope: 60% Hematology / 40% Solid Tumor Oncology
- New vs. Follow-Up Visits: Approximately 20% new patients / 80% follow-ups
- High-Acuity Cases: Acute leukemias and other highly complex cases are referred to tertiary centers
- EMR: Meditech
Support & Team Structure
- APP support and 3 physicians onsite
- 1 APP available daily, assisting with follow-ups, supportive care, documentation, and orders
- Dedicated oncology-trained RNs support infusion services
- Participation in tumor board required
