Contract Details
- Location: St. Louis, MO
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 12:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC
- License Required: MO
- DEA: yes
- CSR Req’d?: MO BNDD
- Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS, ACLS
- Special Procedures: Chemotherapy/supervision orders, bone marrow biopsies/aspirations, management of oncologic emergencies (tumor lysis syndrome, spinal cord compression, neutropenic fever), genetic testing/counseling coordination
- Support Staff: oncology pharmacist, Nurse navigator, oncology RN, onsite radiation therapy, onsite infusion center
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
