• Oregon Medical License: Highly preferred
  • IMLC physicians welcome
  • Non-licensed candidates accepted
  • Oregon license must be obtained during credentialing
• BLS: Required
• DEA: Required during credentialing

• Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency completion) — Required
• Board Certified Hematology — Highly Preferred
• Hematology/Oncology Fellowship — Required
• Completion of an accredited residency program — Required

• Outpatient Hematology & Oncology practice
• Leadership opportunity directing the outpatient chemotherapy program
• Collaborative multidisciplinary cancer care team
• Dedicated Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider
• Experienced oncology nursing staff
• Opportunity to provide continuity of care following a long-term physician retirement

• Comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
• Evaluate new patient consultations
• Manage established hematology and oncology patients
• Direct the outpatient chemotherapy program
• Perform bone marrow biopsies
• Review laboratory and diagnostic results
• Collaborate with APPs and nursing staff to coordinate patient care

• 15–18 patients per day
• 1–3 new consultations per week

• Bone Marrow Biopsies

• EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW) and Meditech
• Hematology/Oncology-trained Advanced Practice Provider
• Experienced oncology nursing staff
• Established outpatient infusion center
• Collaborative multidisciplinary support team

• Located in northeastern Oregon with easy access to Interstate 84
• Close to the Blue Mountains and Umatilla National Forest
