We are seeking a Hematology/Oncology physician for a full-time locum tenens position in Lewisburg, PA. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive medical oncology and hematology care in a community-based practice at a 131-bed hospital. The position emphasizes general oncology and hematology with flexible optional on-call coverage if interested. Adults only (18+). The facility utilizes Epic EMR. Job Responsibilities
• Manage diverse hematology and oncology cases (40% hematology, 60% oncology)
• Provide inpatient consultations as needed
• Manage adult oncology and hematology patients in a community-based setting
Qualifications
• State Medical License: Pennsylvania (IMLC LOQ accepted)
• DEA Registration
• Epic EMR proficiency (required)
Working Hours
• Community-based outpatient clinic
• Patient load: 10 patients per day
• Optional night/weekend on-call coverage available (1:2 rotation, if interested)
• Inpatient consultations as needed
