Hematology/Oncology Opportunity – Arkansas
A growing cancer program in Northeast Arkansas is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematologist/Oncologist to join an established and highly productive oncology practice. This opportunity offers strong earning potential, an extensive referral network, modern facilities, and the support of a physician-friendly healthcare system committed to continued growth.
Position Highlights
• Employed Hematology/Oncology opportunity
• Join an established team consisting of:
• 1 full-time Hematologist/Oncologist
• 2 part-time physicians nearing retirement
• 4 Nurse Practitioners
• Immediate patient volume with significant growth potential due to upcoming physician retirements
• Large referral base supported by 13 primary care clinics
• Busy oncology practice with excellent long-term earning potential
• 4.5-day work week supporting work/life balance
• Hospital call responsibilities limited to no more than 10 days per month
• Supportive, physician-friendly administration and medical staff
Compensation & Benefits
• $600,000 base salary guarantee for the first two years
• Transition to production-based compensation model with substantial upside potential
• $80,000 student loan reimbursement
• Monthly resident stipend available
• Sign-on bonus options available
