Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+ • Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation • wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation • Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus • 5 CME days plus $2,500 annually • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • Paid malpractice coverage • Paid time off • Relocation assistance • Student loan repayment support • State license application fees and renewals paid by the client
