A leading healthcare organization in Pennsylvania is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to assist with the launch of a new community-based cancer program. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient oncology, hematology care, and inpatient consults within a supportive hospital environment.
📅 Start Date: 09/08/2026
📆 Assignment Length: Through 03/08/2027
🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📞 Call Schedule: 1:2 Weeknight and Weekend Call
Job Responsibilities
🔹 Manage adult patient population (18+)
🔹 Perform inpatient consults as needed
🔹 Collaborate with a growing multidisciplinary cancer care team
🔹 Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
🏥 Practice Setting:
• Outpatient Clinic
• Hospital-Based Practice
📊 Patient Volume:
• Approximately 10 patients per day initially
• Expected growth as practice expands
⚕️ Case Mix:
• 60% Oncology
• 40% Hematology
Qualifications
✔️ Active Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC LOQ required
✔️ DEA Certification Required

⏰ 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
