Start Date: August 10, 2026 or upon credentialing
Length of assignment: 6 weeks
Coverage needed per month: 4 days per week, no call
Schedule Details: client will discuss schedule in greater detail on the interview.
Support staff: oncology pharmacist, Nurse navigator, oncology RN, onsite radiation therapy, onsite infusion center
Patient Volume: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday avg 8-10 patients per day in clinic; Friday avg 16-20 in clinic. Average number of inpatients is 5.
Patient Age Group: adult+
EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
Special Procedures/Unit Details: Chemotherapy/supervision orders, bone marrow biopsies/aspirations, management of oncologic emergencies (tumor lysis syndrome, spinal cord compression, neutropenic fever), genetic testing/counseling coordination
