Opportunity Highlights:
- Join a well-established, hospital-employed Hematology & Oncology program with an existing patient panel and strong regional referral base.
- Balanced Hematology/Oncology practice with diverse pathology and meaningful benign hematology exposure.
- Collaborative multidisciplinary cancer program with Radiation Oncology, nurse navigators, social work, dietitians, pharmacy, palliative care, and survivorship support onsite.
- Experienced team consisting of Hem/Onc physicians, APP support, oncology-certified infusion nurses, and dedicated clinic staff.
- 4.5-day workweek with Friday afternoons reserved for administrative time.
- Manageable call structure with strong physician autonomy and workflow flexibility.
- Clinical research opportunities and tumor board participation available.
- Located in a family-friendly community with low cost of living and easy access to Dallas and Shreveport.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary of $650,000
- Earning potential $850k
- WRVU productivity incentives
- $10,000 annual quality bonus
- APC supervision stipend available
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package including 6 weeks PTO, retirement, malpractice, health, dental, and vision coverage

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
- Eligible for medical licensure in Texas
