Contract Details
- Location: Martin, KY
- Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice: outpatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified - IM, hematology, medical oncology
- License Required: KY
- DEA: yes
- Procedures: Approximately 60% hematology / 40% solid tumor.
- Minimum Experience Required: Must have recent patient facing experience
- Support Staff: APP support and 3 docs
- Patients per day: ~15/day, low volume
