Job description
Seeking a BE/BC Medical Oncology & Hematology Physician to join a well-established, high-volume practice in Indianapolis, Indiana, offering strong community ties, robust clinical support, and a collaborative care environment.
Position Highlights:
- Join a busy, established oncology and hematology practice with strong community relationships
- Monday–Friday clinic schedule (8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.)
- Shared call schedule (1:8) including weekend and holiday coverage
- Gradual outpatient ramp-up to approximately 21 patients per day over two years
- Inpatient rounding volume of 25–35 patients per list
- Physician participates in weekday call coverage
- Access to multiple outreach locations with flexible assignment expectations
- Strong specialty support staff and collaborative team environment
