Contract Details
- Location: Bristol, VA
- Practice Setting: Hospital/Clinic
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 4, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 (Flexible) - 16:30 (Flexible)
- Credentialing Timeframe: ~60-90 days (Varies, but can have temp privileges quickly, VA license and DEA can hold up the process as can credentialing with insurance for Professional charges)
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC or pending exam for board certification
- License Required: VA
- DEA: Required
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year plus
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Clinic is attached to a 21 chair infusion room and in the same center as radiation oncology at one location. Center has a 5 chair infusion center at the other location.
- Patient Volume Avg. Daily Census: 12-15
- Support Staff: 3 NP's at Abingdon Location and a dedicated RN, 1 NP and a dedicated RN at Marion location. Nurse navigators/Palliative care and dietician are at both locations.
