Contract Details
- Location: Chambersburg, PA
- Practice Setting: Clinic/Impatient
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: Standard - 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 5:00.
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: Double Boarded preferred
- License Required: PA License preferred or willing to license or consider IMLC
- Types of cases typically seen: typical lung, breast, prostate, colorectal , and some outliers (community center), some blood cancers sent out. DO not provide inpatient chemo. Targeted therapies onboarded at tertiary center typically.
- Patients/day: average 15
- Support Staff: 1 NP, 1 virtual hematologist. Provider will not be sole provider on site.
