Job Responsibilities
• Develop and manage individualized cancer treatment plans including chemotherapy and supportive care
• Interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate advanced care services
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Active Oregon Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration and current CPR certification
• Experience in outpatient oncology and infusion services preferred
