Live and Work in Santa Barbara County

Santa Barbara has a character that is hard to manufacture. The downtown is walkable and genuinely charming; the wine country starts just minutes from the coast, and the mountains and ocean create a backdrop that makes even an ordinary Tuesday feel special. Year-round sunshine, top-ranked schools, and easy access to Cal Poly add practical appeal to what is already a beautiful place to live. Los Angeles is about 90 minutes south when you want a major city, and San Francisco is a short flight north. The outdoor lifestyle here, surfing, hiking, cycling, and wine tasting, is not something you have to plan around. It is simply part of the week.

If a busy practice, a light call structure, and Santa Barbara County sound appealing, apply today.
